The Little Vineyard brings ceremony, photography, food, drinks and reception into one private setting. Your guests arrive once, settle in and stay immersed in the day.
The events team helps shape the flow, the Going Gourmet chefs prepare food from the onsite kitchen, and the venue’s existing character means you can create atmosphere without building everything from scratch.

From the wedding information pack
The brochure makes the run-in to the wedding much clearer by setting out when tastings, final details and payment are expected.
2-3 months out
The information pack says couples are emailed an invitation to one of the venue’s tastings. Up to two guests are included in the booking deposit.
Around 6 weeks
The team contacts you to lock in the final planning meeting date.
4 weeks out
Use the meeting to bring the schedule, menu, extras and operational details together.
14 days out
Menu selections, extra services, timings, running schedule and final guest numbers are due.
7 days out
The information pack states that any remaining invoice balance is due seven days before the event.
Access window: the planning pack states two hours of setup access before the event and half an hour for pack-down afterwards. Alternative drop-off or collection times may be possible by appointment and subject to availability.
